Each project picks ingress (uploads / source) and egress (finished HLS/MP4)
from Settings connections, plus which GPUs may run it. A GPU can sit on several projects.
Language detect runs Whisper on the Ops API after mod_proxy (posts success callback) — enable only for projects that need language_source=transcode (Jaaspire on by default).
Jaaspire /transcode* always uses the product S3 connection and product queue.
Lab POST /jobs sends project (default shared).
Agents 0.2.20+ follow the task’s connections; 0.2.18+ switch queues on the next heartbeat (~15s).

Creating a dedicated queue isolates that project: Lab jobs with that
project wait until a GPU is assigned and restarted onto it.

Jaaspire browser apps that call this API must be listed. Server-to-server callbacks do not need CORS.
Adding * opens CORS to any origin.
Named S3 or R2 accounts. Projects pick these as ingress (source) and egress (output).
Keys stay on the API — never on SQS. Seeded aws-jaaspire / aws-lab use the server’s AWS credentials.
For R2, Public URL must be the r2.dev or custom domain — not *.r2.cloudflarestorage.com (that host is the private S3 API).
Prefix for all new keys in the same bucket. Use staging for staging data,
or leave blank for production root paths.
Changing the prefix does not migrate or delete existing objects. New jobs only; old keys stay under their previous prefix.
